what are my shipping options?
All orders ship via Australia Post. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 6 business days, depending on your shipping option address.
Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).
Christmas deliveries may take longer this year due to ongoing COVID-19 and record parcel volumes. In order for your gifts to arrive before December 24 make sure to send early. Australia Post recommended dates are below:
Delivery to Australian remote locations: Friday 12th Dec
Delivery to Australian regional locations: Monday 14th Dec
Delivery to Australian metro locations: Friday 18th Dec*
*Please note: These are the current dates from Australia Post for our Metro customers and may be revised closer to Christmas depending on volume.
do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping or ship to any freight forwarders. If you ship to a freight forwarder, your order will automatically be cancelled. Find your local Dermalogica distributor.

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, NSW and so we follow any NSW Public Holidays.
