About the Mystery Box

  • The Mystery Box contains a surprise assortment of Dermalogica products selected by Dermalogica.

  • Product selection, quantities, sizes, and contents will vary and cannot be chosen, substituted, exchanged, or customised.

  • The contents of the Mystery Box will not be disclosed prior to purchase. Dermalogica may share details of Mystery Box contents with redeeming customers at its sole discretion.

  • By redeeming this offer, customers acknowledge and accept that the contents of the Mystery Box are unknown at the time of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Change-of-mind returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will not be accepted based on dissatisfaction with, preference for, or perceived value of the Mystery Box contents.

  • If an order containing a Mystery Box is returned and the qualifying spend threshold is no longer met, the Mystery Box must also be returned unopened and in its original condition. If the Mystery Box is not returned, Dermalogica reserves the right to deduct its value from the refund amount where permitted by law.

  • These conditions do not exclude any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Adding Your Mystery Box

  • The Mystery Box should automatically appear in your cart once the qualifying spend threshold has been reached.

  • If the Mystery Box does not appear at checkout, customers must contact Customer Service before placing their order or before the order has been dispatched.

  • If an eligible order is fulfilled without a Mystery Box and the omission is reported after dispatch, Dermalogica may, at its discretion, arrange shipment of the Mystery Box separately. Additional shipping charges may apply.
