ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

1. By participating in the giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions; and agree to be bound by them. Entries must be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2. The giveaway commences on Monday 31st May 2021 at 7:00PM (AEST) and entries close on Wednesday 9th June 2021 at 11:59PM (AEST).

ELIGIBILITY

3. This giveaway is only open to Australian residents.
4. The promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, an Eligible Entrant is a person who is (a) a current Australian resident (b) who is over 18 years or older at the time of entry; (c) has obtained permission to enter this promotion from a parent/legal guardian if under 18 years of age at the time of entry (d) submits their entry into this promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Employees, managers and directors of the Promoter and its related companies and suppliers and agencies involved in this promotion are not Eligible Entrants, nor are their immediate families.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

6. The winner of the prize draw will be the entrant who is selected by Dermalogica Australia on Monday 7th June 2021.
7. The winners will be notified first on Tuesday 8th June 2021 by the promoter by direct message on Instagram.

PRIZES AND THEIR VALUE

8. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of “the prize suppliers”. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage suffered by any winner as the result of the conduct of “the prize suppliers”.
